Rob Klippel is Senior Vice President of Advanced Advertising Products and Strategy at Spectrum Reach, the advertising and media division of Charter Communications. In this role, Rob is responsible for the company’s data platforms and insights strategy, applying data to optimize planning and execution of media campaigns, as well as for insights and attribution. He is also responsible for creating the next generation of advanced advertising platforms including streaming and video on demand, digital and addressable products.
Rob joined Spectrum Reach after 12 years with Comcast Spotlight, most recently as Vice President of Advanced Platforms. At Comcast, he oversaw the enablement of dynamic ad insertion on video on demand and linear addressable platforms. He held multiple other leadership positions at Comcast including Vice President of New Products and Vice President of Engineering and Operations.
Prior to Comcast, Rob served as Vice President of Customer Care Operations at Adelphia Communications and Vice President of Operations at both Relera and Verio. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years in management consulting roles at Deloitte and Accenture.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in marketing and operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
